Karen has been with Commonwealth since its inception joining as the first full time employee in 1987. She has been an instrumental part of its growth over the company's 30+ years of operation and has filled many roles during her tenure working for Commonwealth's founder Brian Collins and continues on as a trusted advisor to second generation President Brent Collins. Currently her main areas of focus at the company are HR and finance. Karen grew up in Indianapolis and prior to moving to Cincinnati was a production manager and commercial photographer at Pictorial Publishers in Indy. Karen enjoys photography, travel, baking, and relaxing at home with her husband and their two dachshunds.
