Multiple Locations Available
Commonwealth operates multiple facilities in the Greater Cincinnati totaling over 2 million square feet of Contract and Public warehousing space. Our warehouses are strategically located near major interstates, rail lines, and intermodal yards to provide our clients with the best possible logistics solution. We can also provide custom site selection to serve clients who have specific geographic requirements. We have successfully site selected and opened distribution centers in diverse locations such as Atlanta GA, Greenville NC, Oxnard CA, Appleton WI, and Kansas City MO. Custom Pricing Models
Every Commonwealth client receives a custom pricing structure based on their business scope. We award rate discounts based on overall inventory level, annual product turn, and the length of contract. Thanks in part to our large size and the efficiencies we can achieve we are able to provide aggressive rates to our clients. We have also been successful creating hybrid pricing solutions that feature both a fixed and variable component to achieve maximum savings. Our belief is that our customers should only pay for the space and services they use - no more, no less. That's what being a good partner is all about.
