Supervisor

Commonwealth is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift crew across receiving, putaway, and outbound work in our Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky network.

You will run the floor during your shift. That means setting the day's priorities, keeping operators and customer service in sync, and making sure every load leaves safe, accurate, and on time.

What you will do

• Lead a shift team of forklift operators and warehouse associates, including daily assignments and breaks
• Plan inbound and outbound work against appointment schedules and customer cutoffs
• Enforce safety procedures on docks, in aisles, and around trailers, and coach the team when something slips
• Keep inventory accurate in the WMS and resolve discrepancies with customer service
• Train new hires on equipment, procedures, and our standards
• Report on shift results and escalate customer or equipment issues early

What we look for

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, with at least 1 year leading a team or shift
• Working knowledge of a WMS and forklift operations (certification a plus)
• Calm, clear communication with the floor, carriers, and customers
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to cover the needs of your shift
