Customer Service

Commonwealth is hiring a Customer Service associate to keep warehouse shipping, receiving, and WMS work moving for our Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky customers.

This is an on-site role. You will be the day-to-day contact for inbound receipts, outbound orders, and inventory questions — coordinating with the floor, carriers, and the customer’s operations team.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound receipts and outbound shipments in our warehouse management system
• Confirm appointment windows, dock assignments, and order status with customers and carriers
• Investigate short ships, OS&D, and inventory discrepancies and close the loop in writing
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy alongside the warehouse team
• Escalate exceptions early so customer commitments stay intact

What we look for

• Experience in warehouse customer service, shipping/receiving, or a similar operations desk
• Comfort with WMS or ERP screens, email, and phone in a busy dock environment
• Clear written communication and a calm approach when a load does not go to plan
• Ability to work on-site during warehouse operating hours
