Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
A Commonwealth CSR's main responsibility is be your single point of contact assisting you with your day-to-day logistics needs. All customers are provided a CSR at the beginning of our business relationship. Our experience has been that the CSR quickly becomes a trusted friend and ally with the client. The CSR is there to help arrange shipments, check on deliveries, confirm counts, and verify other information. On a larger scale, in addition to shipping and receiving, your CSR will help you meet your corporate goals by lowering your Total Cost of Distribution (TCD). Commonwealth CSRs free up your valuable time so that you can do what you do best: run your business. They can assist you with many facets of your business - clerical needs, transportation routing and scheduling, and other distribution issues. They act as your eyes and ears so you don't have to worry about your logistics. If something comes up - and things inevitably do - they will be there to help! Commonwealth CSRs are crucial in the reduction of your Total Cost of Distribution (TCD). |
