How We Lower Your TCD

As your Third Party Logistics (3PL) Provider, we have developed a strategic system of resources for both our customers and our staff that allow us to reduce distribution costs without sacrificing service. Another extremely important resource is our new inventory control system, 3PLink, which manages all product transactions and inventory. The third important resource are the Commonwealth Services offered, which provide distribution, warehousing, and value added services to companies of all sizes. A resource also used to lower TCD is the Commonwealth Standards of Procedure (SOPs). Commonwealth SOPs are a set of procedure standards that helps ensure accurate inventory control, precise shipments, and overall safety.
